(1) Employment Relations Compensation and Benefits. The firm, its principal, and attorneys handle a variety of employee issues including employee handbook and procedure manuals, unemployment compensation, EEOC, interpretation of work rules, drug testing and similar matters. In addition, our firm has experience handling union related employment issues including negotiations and arbitrations.

William T. Neill, III has had extensive experience with workers' compensation, personal injury and family law.

(2) Real Estate Development, Zoning and Planning. George P. Cordes has represented many clients before the Zoning Boards, Planning Commissions and governing bodies in Delaware, Chester and Montgomery County. In addition to that he is a member of the Delaware County Bar Association's Real Estate Practices Committee.

Our firm has represented hundreds of buyers and sellers at closing and assisted clients in difficult real estate transactions and boundary disputes. We have had experience with Quiet Title actions, easements, licenses and the preparation of and administration of leases.

(3) Tenant Relations and Eviction. Our firm has represented tenants in a variety of situations from the inception of the tenancy through termination. Our firm has also managed a number of estates which have required the out leasing of property until such time as a sale could be affected. In that respect we have not only prepared documents for landlords, but we have also assumed the position of managing the leased premises for the executor or have acted as the administrator of an estate.

(4) Litigation. The principal and the other attorneys in the firm have litigated a wide variety of issues at every level in the state and federal court system in Pennsylvania as well as state and federal agencies. In addition our firm has handled matters before the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board, Environmental Hearing Board, the U.S. General Services Administration and a variety of other agencies. We have represented both plaintiffs and defendants, corporate municipal and individual in most areas of the law and in most courts.

(5) General Legal Consultation. We believe that attorneys should confine their opinions to legal matters and not interfere with the managerial and executive corporate decision making process unless requested. Because of our extensive experience in the general practice of law we are able to offer clients comment and counseling based on our extensive experience with many businesses over many years in all areas of the law.

As practitioners in the general practice of law, we have had extensive experience with a full range of legal issues that might impact upon a client in an apparently unrelated field of endeavor. Our attorneys and professionals have had experience beyond the practice of law in both business and in government thereby enabling us to provide meaningful input when requested in non-legal issues.
